LATE NIGHT IN ROSEMONT

It's quite late on a Wednesday
Covered up my watch
Turned my direction opposite the clock
I refuse to know the time
I would rather be timeless
To be more as air
The lair of breath
Gas exchange
Morrissey chants:
In the midst of life we are in death
Random thoughts fly through the air
Lights hum with electricity
Montrèal elects cities
Saw a plane turn over de Maisonneuve
On the way to Dorval
Caught its lights at an angle
Turns are not always circles
Circles are continuous turns
Why go for 3 rings
When 5 rings are optimistic
8 rings would be enough
Extravagance can be tricky
Getting back on point
Finding the centre
Falling into precision
Bouncing on percussion
Trying to stay balanced
On how to be
The only thing possible
-Der Kosmonaut
