Death of the US Constitution: Can Americans Escape the Deception?

July 4, 2012
By Paul Craig Roberts
Hot Air Day is upon us.  On July 4 hot air will spew forth all over the country as dignitaries deliver homilies to our “freedom and democracy” and praise “our brave troops” who are protecting our freedom by “killing them over there before they come over here.”

Not a single one of these speeches will contain one word of truth.  No speaker will lament the death of the US Constitution or urge his audience to action to restore the only document that protects their liberty.  No speaker will acknowledge that in the 21st century the Bush/Obama Regime, with the complicity of the Department of Justice, federal courts, Congress, presstitute media, law schools, bar associations, and an insouciant public have murdered the Constitution in the name of the “war on terror.”

As in medieval times, American citizens can be thrown into dungeons and never accounted for.  No evidence or charges need be presented to a court.  No trial is required, and no conviction.

As in tyrannies, US citizens can be executed at the sole discretion of the despot in the Oval Office, who sits there drawing up lists of people to be murdered.

The Economic Crisis In Portugal Breeding Political and Social Upheaval

6 July 2012
Faro, Portugal
By Der Kosmonaut
The Portuguese Republic is coming at the crossroads. On August 1 the new
labour laws will take effect. Workers can be forced to work two extra hours per
day without overtime. One day of overtime will be reduced from the current
+50% of hourly wage down to 37%. For the second day of overtime, the rate will
be reduced from +100% down to 75%. In addition, 4 public holidays will be
eliminated. For the remaining public holidays if a company closes the
Friday before or the Monday after a holiday, workers will not be paid for
the days off. Christmas and yearly bonuses are to be eliminated outright.
TAP, the national air carrier, is to be privatised in the autumn. Why is
Portugal doing this? These were the conditions imposed by the EC, European
Central Bank and the IMF in exchange for the 78 Billion Euro bailout the
country received. The poison on the icing on the cake are the additional
taxes and VAT on goods and services including food.

German President Gauck Attempts To Revive German Militarism and War

From World Socialist Website
By Wolfgang Weber
Joachim Gauck has held office as president of Germany for more than 100 days. If anyone still believed that his predecessor Christian Wulff had been driven out of office by the media due merely to unpaid hotel bills or acceptance of other “little gifts”, then he will have since been disabused.
In the latest instance, the president’s speech to the German military commanders’ academy on June 12 should have made abundantly clear why Gauck was given the job. He has been commissioned to contribute to a rapid and energetic turn to a more aggressive domestic and foreign policy despite all opposition.
For this purpose, the president is endowed not with any far-reaching political powers, but rather with a very specific ideological agenda. Gauck tackles his tasks most energetically and in a manner carefully coordinated with the government and its advisers.

Ljubodrag Simonović - EU's dirty truths, capitalism and global genocide

In this recent interview Duci talks about:
- the lack of radical critique of capitalism within the circles of the world's top philosophers and publicists;
- genocidal plans of the developed capitalist countries against the majority of the world's population;
- existance of Fascism in Germany from the World War II untill today;
- sickening truths from the EU that nobody mentions in the media (pedofilia, missing children);
- the rights of children versus the rights of homosexuals;
- the Zeitgeist movement and it's technocratic fascist character...
